The employees of JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron» are provided with a social package. Each employee in addition to salary receives a subsidy for the food, surcharge for the next release.

There is a complex system of social support of the staff — the free medical care.

Voluntary medical insurance is the most important component of the proposed social package.

The company operates a system of organized workers vacations. To services of employees of JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron» is sanatorium-resort treatment in the best sanatoria of the North West region.

During the year, the company rents sports halls for employees to play volleyball and football, provides an opportunity to use the swimming pool. In the summer season, an open football field is rented.

The table tennis competitions and Open Cup on mini-football with participation of all Concerns’ enterprises are held on the premises annually.

The company has conducted «Days of health». In winter and summer, weekend trips to resorts of the Leningrad region for physical culture and recreational activities for employees and their families are organized.

To implement corporate social and cultural policy annually in September in the sports complex «Karavella» is a cultural and sports gathering of the teams of the enterprises of the Concern.

Every year, during the summer school holidays children of employees are provided with vouchers to children’s summer camp «Karavella».

Traditionally, KVN team of JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron» participates in the Championship among club teams of enterprises and organizations of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. Thus, talented young people strengthens the glorious traditions of the Group associated with the creative work of a large team. After all, one of the most important aspects of the company’s social policy is to enable all employees to demonstrate their abilities and creative potential, both at work and on stage and in sports.
