Victory Day meeting: memory, tradition, and the 105-year milestone

On May 8, 2026, a traditional meeting was held on the territory of JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron», with a flower-laying ceremony at the stele installed in honor of the enterprise’s employees who fell in the Great Patriotic War.

This year is a special one for the Concern — its 105th anniversary. On the eve of Victory Day, the memory of the heroic past resonates with particular strength. It was the enterprise’s veterans, who lived through the war and the siege, who laid the foundation of resilience and devotion to duty that has allowed the Concern to thrive and grow for over a century.

The monument in the form of a stele, bearing the names of the fallen employees and installed in the post-war years, serves for the workers of Granit-Electron across all generations as a symbol of remembrance and veneration for the heroes who gave their lives for the Motherland.

The memory of the price paid for Victory is one of the greatest values bequethed to us by the enterprise’s heroic employees. Their deep faith in victory, along with their conviction of the need to continue developing advanced technologies in the interests of the country, continues to live on and create — both during the war years and in this anniversary year of 2026.

The staff observed a minute of silence in memory of the fallen soldiers. Flowers were laid at the stele by the Concern’s management, veterans, and young specialists — by all those for whom May 9 remains the main holiday that unites generations.
