"Rosoboronservice" meeting in Mumbai

The Annual shareholders’ meeting of Indo-Russian Joint Venture «Rosoboronservice (India) Ltd»

28.09.2017 in India (Mumbai) the representatives of JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron», one of the co-founders of Indo-Russian Joint Venture «Rosoboronservice (India) Ltd», took part in the company’s Annual shareholders’ meeting.

At the Annual shareholders meeting a new Chairman of the Board was elected, the Board of Directors’ was renewed as well as the measures for further effective business development were planned.

Indo-Russian Joint Venture «Rosoboronservice (India) Ltd» was established in 2005 with participation of «Rosoboronexport» and leading OEMs of Russia for support of warfare and military equipment supplied by Russian manufacturers in the interest of the MoD of India.

Maintenance of a high level quality of the supplied equipment services is the basic strategic task of JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron».
